We Have Training Plans Too
If you're looking for a plan to start training with for the fall, these might be perfect
Evening, friends! 🌙
It’s a nice (albeit warm) night here in Atlanta and when I look at my calendar I realize it’s already July 22nd… can that actually be true?
True it is, and when I think about that I’m reminded that my kids go back to school soon, and not long after that the Labor Day holiday will arrive, which means fall will officially be here, which means all sorts of things start happening.
And one of those, I know, is that many of you will start training for races, as the fall really is the best time to run (at least here in Georgia). Mid-October, after all, is just twelve weeks away.
So, I thought I’d share a sampling of the training plans I’ve created over the years here at THM, in case you’re thinking/dreaming of running a half (or even a full marathon) this fall.
Feel free to reach out with any training questions you have, by email or in the comments — I’m happy to help in any way I can.
Your friend,
— Terrell
Here are a few of my plans — you can see my full list of training plans here:

👉 This isn’t a typical issue of our newsletter, but I wanted to share with you the full version of the training plan we’re using to train for the Richmond Half Marathon this fall, in case you’d like to download a copy and adapt it for your schedule.
So, you want to run a marathon?
Earlier today, a THM subscriber reached out with a question via direct message, which I thought I’d share with you:
Those are just a sampling of the plans I’ve created, which also include training schedules for the 10-mile distance plus a few more half marathon plans.
You can see all of them here:
