I’d love to meet up in NYC. I’m flying in 3/10 from Los Angeles. Maybe a bunch of us can meet for an easy three miler or so in Central Park. Thanks for posting the training plan. I’m recovering from a two month injury, but trying to stay on track. I just subscribed as well👍🏃🏻♀️😎
I think an easy 3-miler in the park is perfect. I may try to get up as early as Thursday (3/12) myself; will see how things go between now and then. What injury did you experience? And I'm SO glad to have you as a subscriber!!!!
Sounds good! I’ve got torn gluteis, IT and Piriformis pulls, lots of muscle imbalance issues and got a cortisone shot for bursitis in my hip. After 40 years of running these things happen more frequently, but I’m still vertical. Runners aren’t quitters. We just whine a lot🤣.
