I do it on my own. I go to Planet Fitness and they have an area for a 30 minute workout. I do the weights, not the cardio part bc I run instead. I’m there early so I do about 3 sets of everything. It probably takes 30-45 minutes that way. Then I run 2-3 miles on the treadmill or use the elliptical for an hour.
