I'm starting Marathon training for older Chi runners on the 16th of May. By the time I finish, I, too, will be 76. Never in my life have I done a sub 40 minute 10K!! Mine are always around 45 minutes, but that was about 7 years ago. Haven't done one, in person, since. Training does wonders. If nothing else, you feel really good about yourself!! :)
