Thanks for this month’s challenge …. At 104 miles through today … retirement has afforded me opportunities to get miles or equivalent miles in on a daily basis. Enjoy the holidays.

Nice! I did that for the first time on my honeymoon -- I took a few falls, but otherwise loved it!

Love Cross-country. I've done downhill a few times, but I used to spend all winter at Tahoe out in the woods on my little red skis way back in the 70s! :)

When conditions are good it’s my favorite sport. Peace and quiet in the wonder that is winter. The flow and glide are so relaxing and there isn’t any pavement pounding.

Ran 10 miles yesterday and it felt great. It has been a minute since I have ran that distance. Training for the Sea Turtle Half in February. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!!!

Tomorrow is Sun Return! My favorite day of the year! See you in 2025 I already have my challenges set up. . . only 40,000 meters to go to meet my 200,000 before the 24th. . . then several virtual walk/run/row for January!

Terrell, please have a quiet and joyous Holiday Season and we will see you in the New Year.

I am planning to keep my running schedule although it will be earlier in the day and at a much slower pace. The Wednesday runs are going to be the hardest but since we hang around the house on Christmas it won't be that hard.

Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays to all. 4 miles this morning in a gentle winter mix. Probably the only snow we’ll see. Best wishes to everyone for a great 2025.
