I’m so glad you’re here, and share my interest in running and all the (sometimes odd, sometimes philosophical) aspects of it that I write about.

I hope you are safe and warm. We are covered in Ice until bout 4 this afternoon then we come out the other side with lots of rain for the upcoming week!
