I am old as shit and have arthritis, mostly in my ankles and a little in my hip. Used to run everywhere 8-9 min. miles without a thought. tI is the best to see the world. I have done prolo and PRP with some success over the past 2 years but have not run like I used to. How can folks like me train to get back to where they were Take me 13 plus mins to run a mile now,....sucks. Any ideas Amby
