Did the Dad-Joke 5K on Father’s Day. Dad jokes before the race, during the race, after the race and during the awards ceremony! Best one: A guy runs into an Apple Store, grabs an iMac, an iPad and an iPhone and runs off. The cops come and insist that all of the customers stay for interviews … because they were iWitnesses!
Enjoy your time away ...... unplug and look up and out !! When I look back on my working days one of my biggest regrets is that I did not take enough time away from the job and tended to burn-out. Everyone needs a change of pace and scenery and to recharge your battery!! See ya when you return ! !
Hope there is a nice breeze off the ocean! I recently walked the Coastal version of the Portuguese Camino and the ocean breeze was lovely. It's not running but it's still a challenge for the legs and feet!
Hard to sum it up succinctly. I expected to be reflecting on big questions when actually I was more focused on getting my body to cooperate with 20 K walks days n a row! It was humbling which might be the point. I would say that what makes the Camino is the other pilgrims. I had so many wonderful encounters with people from all over the world sharing a common purpose. I actually am thinking I will do another one next year. There's a bit of Camino blues after finishing and wanting to sign up for another one!

Definitely! I’ve talked with people who’ve done the Camino and they say it’s life changing. How was it? I’d love to hear all about it.

Thanks so much, Betesu! 🙏
Can’t wait to hear what you think of it when you’re done — and yes, 650 pages is… a lot. But I’m in! 🙌
