Can’t wait to tune in! Two of our fave writers in one place — major treat! We try to support our running with strength training on a regular basis. We are curious, what would Anna suggest as a good weekly training split for the “offseason” (no upcoming races) for runners to maintain cardio with some running, but also trying to gain strength by lifting?
