Hi, Terrell,

Thank you for the article and the quotes! I especially loved the "getting the best out of yourself " one. So often with work and career we hope or expect for someone or something to validate us from their perspective..and running is an opportunity for us to validate ourselves through sweat, hard work and effort in a relatively small amount of time. Thank you! Hitting the trail in the morning!

So encouraging and inspirational as always! Thanks for sharing! ... and I just signed up for the North Carolina Outer Banks Half! The future allowing, I will run that instead of the Monteray Virtual. I always preferred in-person races and since I'm already in North Carolina, I don't have to travel far. I was actually planning to visit the outer banks for the virtual race, anyways, instead of doing laps around my neighborhood. Thanks for bringing these races to our attention!

I did not read this until today (7/23) All I can say is wow! Thank you for sharing. I continue to struggle with motivation to run but for no good reason. So to hear her story and find the motivation once again through it is great. Thank you for all you do to educate and motivate us. We really are better together.

Thank you for this Terrell! Wow! This was eye opening! Keri has been through a lot. Running helps us all in so many ways.

P.S. The Snow Canyon Half you have listed is one of the races I am signed up for! If anyone else here is going to run it, let me know! We can meet up!

Thanks, Corrina! I wish I could be there! Meeting up would be awesome -- when this is all over, we'll plan an event when we all can get together... somewhere, sometime. 😃
