I have my own training schedule I'm not working right now I'm done some virtual racing and I do different various lengths I'm running I love it and it's really interesting you next year I hope we're all back runn it just gets me out of the house and I meet people and I see things and it's just a great way to begin positive right now

I totally agree with allowing yourself rest days. Sometimes it’s hard to just relax, you kinda feel guilty about it. Your body needs to heal and recover so it can work better for you. Making you faster and stronger. So on your rest days, go ahead and run, to the refrigerator and back. 😉

A training plan helps me stay accountable especially when I want to take the day off. I will alter this plan as I go since I've started 4 weeks later. I generally run the same pace all-the-time. I'm not sure whether to slow my pace on the long day or speed up my pace on some of the weekday runs, lol... or just run...
