The half marathon I signed up for is still on for the end of August in St. George, Utah. I’m excited!!! It’s going to be hot though! (It’s about 10 degrees cooler there than Vegas, but still.) So as I train this summer, I’m keeping the heat & hydration in mind. I’ve never had a race in August before.
