I really believe my best running days are ahead of me, and like you, I'm at the age where I can see what running has brought me in terms of physical health, stamina, energy and joy.
I'm not sure I could say honestly that my best running days are ahead of me, but I certainly look forward to many new and different running experiences and to sharing them with others.
