I’m also part of the 50 States Half Marathon club, but Covid (and work to some extent) has squashed my progress on getting new states. Currently in transition to Burke’s Garden, VA (aka God’s Thumbprint). The serenity of running in one of most beautiful places in the US (imho) more than offsets the hilly terrain!
Yes, I’ve run it 3 times (although I’m going virtual for this weekend’s race, as I’m not ready for that big a crowd). It is definitely a bucket list race like Peachtree - which I have yet to do! If you ever want to visit Burke’s Garden, we have a 5K/Half the second weekend of June called “The Varmint Run”, which draws around 250-300 runners most years.
Btw, if you want to run in Charleston, besides the Bridge Run, I highly recommend the following: Charlie Post 5/15K (late Jan), Kiawah Half/Full (Dec), and Bohicket 5/Half (Nov), all run on the islands. There are quite a few good races here, but those are my favorites.

It sounds like the move to Virginia will be amazing! I love Charleston too -- have you ever run the Cooper River Bridge Run there?
