Morning, friends! It’s January, and it’s finally feeling like winter here ❄️
This is a Friday thread I love to throw out there every so often, especially since we’ve had so many people sign up as subscribers since the last time I asked it, to find out where we’re all scattered around the planet — I love it because it gives us the chance to get to know each other better, and perhaps meet up to run together in person, whether it’s for a race or to set up a weekend running group.
Over the years, I’ve heard from readers in just about every state, plus Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Jerusalem, Tajikistan, India, Italy, France, Poland, Lithuania… the list goes on and on and on.
So, where are you from/where do you live out there in the world? 😀 — Terrell
In Glasgow, Scotland. It’s -7 degrees here but it’s actually still bright and sunny at least. Nice for a very cold run!
Hello from sunny, 58 degrees Huntington Beach CA. I’m about 50 miles from the fires. I’m thankful for today but with heavy heart as so many in LA are suffering. I’ve lived here since 1970 and been through fires, floods and earthquakes but nothing, nothing compares to this.
