Morning, friends! ☀️ If you’re like me, you kinda, sorta know what you ought to be eating to fuel your body so you can feel good and strong when you’re exercising (and just in general). We all learned it in school, right?
Then why do I still go so wrong when it comes to what I put in my body, why do I slip up so easily? I think the answer is, from time to time we all fall off the wagon and eat what we know we shouldn’t, which soon becomes a habit. And then it’s ingrained, and we feel guilty. But we don’t know how to get back on track.
That’s why I’m really excited to partner with
