This is amazing. And how generous it is of you to do it! Do you follow a training plan for these, or just go out and do your normal running in between races?

I am so naughty ~ I have cut down my training recently to speed work Monday and Wednesday and the longish run on a Friday, alternating from six to nine mile. Then before you know it you are back to a half run... I do cross train and weights on other days of the week.
