The pain usually starts after a run and can sometimes last for days or even up to a week or so. The pain ranges from slightly uncomfortable to severe and constant.
It's been better-ish in recent weeks, which is why I'm feeling hopeful that MAYBE I'll be able to make do with upping my pain prevention/management game. But it's also pretty clear to me that running seems to be directly involved with the severity and duration of pain ðŸ«
