Isn’t it wonderful that you can be honest with your tribe and know they will support your decision. That is the “goodwill “ you have created by being authentic and creating consistent, quality work. Patiently looking forward to whatever you decide to do… enjoy your time with family, friends and yourself. As long as you need. Family & friends first & foremost.

Thank you, my friend! First up is my niece's high school graduation this weekend, so I'll be doing a little bit of traveling. But when I'm back, I'll be back to re-filling that well. Thank you so, so much for those kind words, Clark -- they really do mean the world to me.

We all need a break even if it is just a few days of quiet reflection. Have a great time with the priorities (family), as this is what they will remember.

Enjoy your time.......I know the feeling...........in the midst of planning a community Murph run on Memorial Day.........we are going to also be raising funds for our local Honor Guard, so not an officieal Murph Challenge........we are encouraging the community to come out an try something new.......and hoping "Honor the Honor Guard " will become an annual event. Our gym offers all the equipment needed to do the Murph..........we will also mark the roads for a 2 mile run and a 5K. Just another way to honor the Heroes who gave it all and a reminder Freedom is not Free!!! Hope all have a wonderful Memorial Day and take time to enjoy family and friends. Sometimes you just have to hit the refresh button!!! Blessings.

I’m doing the same. On my way to Germany and Poland this evening, mostly to visit my daughter stationed there, but to do a little roaming around also. I’ll look for a race, if I can find one, or at least a famous German volksmarch. We’ll be back first week of June. See you then.

Enjoy your time off to focus on you and your family Terrell. Everyone needs a break from time to time. Plus summertime fun leaves such a long lasting impression on the kiddos. Get a couple of runs in too, helps clear the mind. 😃🤯

Hiatus is the fifty-cent word you’re reaching for. I hope these couple of weeks are all you need to regenerate your creative juices and, at the same time, provide a “pile” of new family memories.

I just discovered this install, Terrell. I ran a half marathon in 2013, but haven’t run much since. I’ve put on almost a 100 lbs, and hope you post inspirational thoughts soon.

How about right now! I’m reminded of the old expression “Today is the first day of the rest of your life,”. When I was 25 lb overweight, I came home from work and found that my wife and daughter had gone out for a 3-mile walk. I told myself, “Enough is enough.” And put my sneakers on (it would be another nine years before I bought my first pair of running shoes) and went for a three-mile walk. Through a combination of walking and swimming and eating better, I lost the 25 lb I felt I needed to lose. I feel better and will be doing my 132nd half marathon on 6/1 … my first was in January of 2008. If I can do it, you can do it.
