I love this Lana ,what you would say to your younger self: "It's better to experience things and make your own opinion of them. That’s how you break generational curses — you do better, learn and grow outside of where you grew up, so that your children and their children will do and be better!"

This really resoantes with me.

Go get that marathon!! Cheering you on.

Great story! Running is mental clarity, peace, 'me time'. Just feeling 'off' if you cannot run.

Sounds like love to me :)

Love these stories so much, and am always in awe of people like Lana who have so much on their plates, but who are constantly motivated to achieve--whether in career--as a runner--a parent--a human living on the earth. And they are motivating for me, so thank you Terrell and Lana for the share.

They're really motivating for me too, Diana -- I feel like a slacker sometimes reading how all of you make it work! That's why I need these stories as much as anyone :)
