I'm looking forward to see how you use this Terrell! By the way, that Helen Keller quote is one of my favorite of all time.

Whoopsie. . . only for IOS. I have an Android phone. Guess it will have to wait. :(

Let me think on it. I'm sorta slow on the phone, but I do enjoy comments, too. I have so many good photos I get on my runs. . . do wish I could share with other runners. This may be a good way without getting on other social media sites.

Went 4 miles yesterday--Running! Remarkable, since I could hardly breathe or walk a month ago! :)

I’m on it and thanks for being included. I just ran 3 miles this morning, felt strong - tested positive for covid 1 week ago today. Feel good, good run. Slow build back up to 5 miles. Fingers crossed I don’t get the rebound !!

Hi Terrell and others! This is the first I’ve been able to post for quite some time. I used to use an iPad but it’s old now is useful for only my old email address. I’m glad to be a part of the community again!

I’ve recently changed my long distance running approach. My races will be a max of 10k for a while vs the half marathon. I’m doing the Fox Cities on September 17th. The lower distance helps me to be able to run most of the course. My left foot and mainly toes go to sleep and then it’s painful to keep running at about the 5 mi mark.

But I continue to run about every other day and I still look forward to it each and every time!

Seems like a good idea but do want to note that it is only available for I Pad and I phone users. Not everyone owns those items.

Knowing I had a six hour car trip in front of me, I got out this morning for an 8 miler. Along the way I spotted what appeared to be a skunk but all white except for black stripe on lower third of the body. Looked it up and it was a hooded skunk that is native to Kentucky. Beautiful animal. We parted ways on good terms.
