I hope you’ve had a lovely weekend so far, and have gotten some great running in. It’s been a weekend filled with family things for me, though we all did get out to run a 5K here in my neighborhood yesterday. It turned out to be a very slow run thanks to me bringing along our golden retriever, but still fun nonetheless.
