I wanted to share a half marathon training plan I recently created for a subscriber, who reached out with a request for a race she has coming up in the fall, asking if I could put together a plan that would meet her timeline.
It was a great question, and I thought I’d share it with our group in case you have a race coming up this fall (or anytime) with the same timeline — and, to let you know that you can reach out to me as well if you need help creating a plan for a race you have coming up.
