Thank you Terrell for inviting us to share our running stories, and for the warm introduction.

Finding you and your newsletter in my first month on Substack was such a gift, and a perfect example of the greatness of the community here.

It was great coming on to tell my running story, and I hope everyone finds it interesting and insightful.

Once again, a story like no other. Thank you for sharing! One thing that resonated with me, and you said so well: If I haven't run in a while, I feel a restless tension that signals it's time to get back out there. Be well... and your children are adorable!!!

Thank you, Debby, for sharing that.

I'm so glad that spoke to you, that's so true for me. I have that also with going out hiking and camping off the grid, after a few months I feel I need to drop everything and walk - which I look forward to doing tomorrow (Tuesday) morning through Thursday.

And yes, our kids are such gifts!
