'I don’t care for medals or accolades. I strive for happiness and health — for me and those around me — through stability and steady accomplishment'
This was a fun read! Thanks for sharing Raziq!
Thanks for reading, Corinna.
Thank you so much for sharing, Raziq! It was a great interview, and I loved what you would say to your younger self! Go Running!
great interview — great guy. 🔥
Really enjoyed reading your story, Raziq; particularly the "seven lagers" and "wanting to stay married" anecdotes! Thanks.
They're all parts of my life I want to (try to) balance!
Enjoyed reading this. Running longevity is my goal too. Thank you for sharing.
A totally fun read! And I love the idea of switching out the 7 lagers on a Tuesday with training goals....(Been there myself--well, not lagers, exactly.) But it's a much better option all the way round.
I do still enjoy the idea of seven lagers on a Tuesday afternoon, but it's just not very practical 😂
😂
Love the photos and the story!
My friends are very talented photographers!
Great story. I can really relate to this. My wife and I just want to stay healthy enough to continue running as we approach our mid Sixties
Exactly. I don't want to suffer burnout from the thing I love.
Very well said!
I agree.
Running as solace and quiet time to unravel thoughts. That’s the magic of it.
I hear about this from creatives (and write about it) all the time.
I know! I love your blog!
Ah! I never assume someone reads it haha
