'I've learned that running is so personal, it doesn't matter what others think... now I try to enjoy each step, each breath, each tree, each person, each thought.'
Love this! Chanse—I’m also LDS & lived in Utah for 13 years. (First BYU, then job, 1st marriage, etc.) I’m so glad you were able to get back into running after your seizure. I also agree with you on running slowly. We can go farther! Who cares what pace we run! 😊
Thanks for sharing your story Chanse! I am recovering from an injury at the moment and have been missing that feeling I get when I run in the mornings. The elliptical just isn’t the same! Anyway, keep it up!
Without a doubt, reading these stories is my favorite part of this newsletter. Thank you for thinking of this, Terrell and keep them coming. Chanse's was so heartfelt!!!
Forgive me if my memory is bad on this and we've already talked about it, but would you be interested in sharing your thoughts/participating in the story series?
Okay I just found it! Again, I'm so sorry about that -- I have two email addresses, and because I couldn't find it in one email (the primary one I use), I didn't think I had it. But I do!
As always, these personal stories make for great reading. On a personal note, I did 50 laps in my 26’ pool last night … with a swim cap … and permission from my dermatology surgeon four weeks after Mohs surgery.

I did email you my story after you requested it and followed up with another picture of me running with my granddaughter.

Okay, great! My inbox is a mess, I’m so sorry. Going to check now!
Okay this is really good to know, Debby! I’ll definitely do more of them 👍
Love this series. Great installment. (Beautiful family, too!)
Thanks, Edith! If you're interested, would love to have you participate too -- no pressure, though!
I’d love to!
Okay awesome! I’ll send you an email :)

Thank you, Dave! Would you be interested in doing an interview for the series, btw?
I would be interested!
