I tried to find a picture for your kid but if he watches that Steph curry special on Apple TV there is a part where he is a skinny little 9 year old at the end of the bench not getting a chance to play that is priceless. It like running just keep showing up and putting in the work 💪❤️

Thanks for the article and the motivation it has provided me. I can be an awful postponer when I want to be. I'm now fifty-three and becoming more health and fitness aware. Despite everything, it is never too late. Hopefully articles like this will push me into training for a half marathon.

I loved this article when Terrell first wrote it and love it now. Healthy living is about dwelling in effort that works for me and I can come to enjoy - not pushing my body to become something that it's not.

I won't link to where I expressed similar sentiments on my Substack, for 2 reasons: I'm not in the mood right now for awkward self-promotion, and there's so many posts that I honestly wouldn't know where to start.

I began reading Aristotle’s Way tonight after having it sitting at home for a while because I was finishing another book. As I began reading it, I kept on thinking why I had picked it up.
