Just a quick note to say, if you’re planning on being in Atlanta to join us next weekend for the PNC 10-Miler, reply back (or leave a comment with your email address) and I’ll send you the details on where we’ll meet on Saturday for dinner, how we’ll stay in touch, and where we’ll meet at the starting line to run together on Sunday.

. . . finish up here, then! I'll be out cleaning up the raised beds and planting garlic. Running is still eluding me, but hopefully by November I'll be able to take a few quick steps. They say it is good to run up hill. I'll have to try it!! Have Fun!
